Monty Logan President

Monty has been President of the museum since 2012. Since that time he has introduced numerous programs to develop the content and distribution of the rich history of the museum to the local and broader community.

Monty Logan is associate director of IT infrastructure for global automotive supplier Visteon Corporation. Over nearly 10 years, Monty has led many IT infrastructure, supplier management other initiatives that have streamlined processes, improved efficiency and reduced costs for Visteon, its customers and suppliers.

Monty has driven simplification of Visteon’s server and computing “footprint,” realigning IT resources to support Visteon’s expanding global presence. He negotiated agreements for IT services, saving the company millions of dollars, and implemented a successful warranty claims project. In his first role at Visteon, Monty oversaw approximately 1,000 IT projects that helped Visteon establish itself as an independent company.

He was on a team that won Visteon’s highest employee honor, the Summit Award, in 2006. He was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Visteon in 2001.

A native of Canada, Monty has a degree in computer science from the University of Windsor. He belongs to Visteon’s African-American Network employee resource group, and chairs an annual golf outing that has raised thousands of dollars for the American Diabetes Association.
