In celebration of the Amherstburg Freedom Museum’s 48th anniversary, our next Black History Series presenters are AFM Curator Mary-Katherine Whelan and Assistant Curator Dr. Lorene Bridgen-Lennie. who will present “Going Beyond Religion: The Activism and Community Service of Black Churches in Amherstburg and Colchester, 1826-1955.”
