Black History Month Event: “‘But it is not a British feeling’

Department of History, University of Windsor and Essex County Black Historical Research
Society are hosting a presentation by Dr. Deirdre McCorkindale from University of Guelph on February
1st at 7pm.

Dr. McCorkindale’s presentation titled “‘But it is not a British feeling’: The Denial and
Weaponization of Ontario’s Underground Railroad” will happen at the Armories (353 Freedom Way in
Windsor).
