Frank Parker
Construction, Human Resources
Frank attended Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario, and received a Human Resources Diploma. Although he did not choose a career in Human Resources, his education has helped him tremendously throughout the years, not only with his own career but also in the guidance of his peers. Understanding the importance of a good resume, the interview process and the rights of an employee has been a great insight to helping and educating others. As he got older, Frank became more involved and started taking on roles to serve his community. 12 years ago Frank and a few other young adults from the community started a youth committee called BnG (Buxton Next Generation). Although he no longer has an active role on the committee, Frank is proud to say that BnG is still going strong and plays an important and crucial role throughout the year with different events such as Easter egg hunts, Breakfast with Santa, and a Homecoming event "Party in the Park".  Over the last four years, Frank has had the opportunity to work with and coach numerous young athletes, helping them achieve their athletic goals by training them at Peak athletic training. He also coached the 2018/2019 Wildcats U16 OBA Boys Basketball Team, as well as the 2019/2020 Wildcats U10 Girls Basketball team. Frank is also involved with coaching many different camps that the Wildcats organization puts on throughout the year. Along with coaching, he also sits on the Wildcats board as the Marketing Director.
