As an educator, Marium enjoys working with learners of all ages as they embark upon a journey. A positive aspect of her job is working with people who realize that learning is a life-long journey, and whatever Marium can do to help them along that journey, she is willing to provide the tools and resources for success. Marium has over 20 years of experience working in the field of post-secondary education and is currently on secondment in the Office of the President at the University of Windsor as the Strategic Planning Officer for Anti-Black Racism Initiatives. Marium takes pride in working with both current and future educators, and loves the appreciation that she receives in helping them achieve their professional development goals.
