Richard Holland would like to say that he is grateful for having worked for 30 years with the Waterloo Regional Police Service. He has mentored with many good people and met many good friends and coworkers throughout his career. His years of service have gone through Chiefs Basse , Graville, Torrigian and the current Chief Brian Larkin. He adds that he is thankful for the opportunity of working in all the different areas of this profession. He has reached the rank of a Sergeant, and is a very proud member of this service. Richard is thankful that this profession has afforded him to take care of him family and he is grateful to be able to say this was an amazing journey that has allowed him to be happily retired and here today.
